I created the Wellness Mastery Society as a space for real, sustainable transformation in health and weight loss—one that goes far beyond surface-level habits.

​

While many approaches focus on the “doing” habits like diet, exercise, hydration, and sleep, lasting change actually begins from the inside out—with your thoughts, emotions, identity, and nervous system patterns.

​

Sustainable change is a journey that includes challenges, setbacks, and what I call “hidden habits”—the unconscious thought and emotional patterns that quietly drive behavior and often keep us stuck in familiar cycles.

Inside the Wellness Mastery Society, you’ll learn how to identify and work through these deeper patterns so you can better understand what’s really driving self-sabotage, low motivation, stalled progress, and inconsistency.

Q: Is this still a live program or membership?

A: The Wellness Mastery Society is no longer a traditional live membership with weekly workshops and weekly calls. It is now a self-paced library of teachings and resources, with monthly coaching sessions continuing through November, 2026.

Q; What do I get access to now?

A; You’ll receive access to a comprehensive library that includes workshops, coaching sessions, book studies, wisdom videos, tools, and resources focused on mindset, habits, emotional resilience, identity change, and sustainable health.

You can move through everything at your own pace and revisit the content anytime you need support.

 

Q: Will there still be coaching?

A: Yes—there will be one live coaching session per month through November, 2026. After that time, coaching sessions will no longer continue, but you will still have lifetime access to the entire content library.

 

Q: Do I have to keep paying a monthly membership fee?

A: No. The structure is shifting away from an ongoing monthly membership. You will instead have the option to purchase lifetime access to the content library as a one-time access fee, which allows you to continue learning and growing without a recurring charge.

 

Q: What happens after November, 2026?

A: After November: The Circle community platform will close.
All content will be moved into private video playlists (YouTube).
You will still have lifetime access to all purchased materials.
Monthly coaching sessions will end.

You will continue to be able to access and revisit everything you’ve purchased.

A: Yes, through November, 2026 you’ll still have access to the private community space.

After that, I’m exploring ways to keep people connected (such as a simplified platform), but the structure will be much lighter than the current membership model.

A: If you’ve purchased VIP coaching, you’ll have the option to: continue your remaining sessions during the transition period, or request a refund for any unused sessions.

You’ll receive direct communication about this so you can choose what works best for you.

A: No. As I wind down live teaching, there will not be new workshops, or book studies added.

However, the existing library is extensive and designed to support deep, ongoing transformation at your own pace.
