“The Atomic Habits book club has been the best thing I've done for myself in a very long time. It truly exceeded my expectations! I had started my healthy living journey a couple months before I started the book club. I was once again confronted with the need to lose weight. It was definitely not the first time, but I was at my heaviest ever and broke down in tears in my doctor's office at my annual health check up. I was miserable and hating life because I couldn't DO so much of life.
