Sustainable weight loss is about leveling up your lifestyle, which requires change, and the most important change happens between your ears.

To achieve your goals, you need to know two things: what to do and how to do it. The "what" is about following evidence-based advice on diet, exercise, and lifestyle changes. The "how" is about understanding and applying the mental strategies required to actually make it happen!

In a world of magic pills, unsustainable fad diets, and fleeting fitness trends that promise quick results, I’ve always believed in a different approach—one rooted in the undeniable connection between the brain and body.

Science tells us that lasting change begins in the mind, which is why my work has focused on helping people understand the thoughts, emotional patterns, habits, and beliefs driving their behaviors.

 

Over the past five years, I’ve created workshops, programs, coaching sessions, and tools designed to help people create real, lasting transformation—not just temporary results.

As I step into a new chapter and wind down the live-teaching side of my business, I’m making my most impactful teachings available as self-paced lifetime-access libraries so this work can continue supporting people for years to come.

They say a good story starts in the middle - at the point where the character is at a crossroads, a breakthrough moment that changes their lives. So I’ll start there. 

 

It took the perfect storm of life circumstances colliding to understand the importance of health in my own life. 

 

I still remember the day in May of 2020 that I saw the picture that was posted on Instagram. It took me a minute to identify myself since the picture was from behind as we were walking. When I saw it, my heart sank and I couldn’t believe that what I was looking at was ME.
