Wellness Mastery Retreat
An Invitation to Do the Work — Together
Thursday Sept 24th - Sunday Sept 27th, 2026
There is something powerful that happens when we step out of our everyday environment and come together in person.
This retreat is an intentional pause — a chance to slow down, breathe, and do meaningful work in community, not in isolation. While personal growth can begin on your own, real transformation is often accelerated when we are seen, supported, and practicing alongside others who are walking a similar path.
Over these few days, we’ll gather in a beautiful natural setting to reconnect with ourselves, our bodies, and each other. This retreat blends live coaching, movement, reflection, and connection — to better understand ourselves and choose what comes next.

The Setting
We’ll be staying in a beautiful, private mountain lodge in Sundance, Utah, surrounded by nature—offering space to breathe, walk, reflect, and truly disconnect from the noise of everyday life.
The lodge is dedicated exclusively to our group and spans 15,000 square feet on four acres, with over 2,000 square feet of decks designed to take in the surrounding landscape. While the space itself is expansive, the experience is intentionally intimate. Because we’ll be sharing a home rather than staying in a hotel, the retreat naturally invites connection—shared meals, cozy gathering spaces, and moments that feel more like being together in a living room than attending an event.
You’ll be welcomed into the gentle rhythm of the home, with optional opportunities to gather, participate, rest, connect, or simply be present—always by invitation, never obligation.
A private chef will prepare healthy, flavorful meals designed to support nourishment, energy, and enjoyment, so you can be fully cared for throughout the retreat.
The quiet, natural surroundings offer access to walking paths, outdoor time, and plenty of space to spread out, rest, and reflect—whether you’re craving connection or solitude.
The lodge is approximately a 60-minute drive from Salt Lake City International Airport, making it easy to access while still feeling like a true retreat away.
